Lawson(convenience store)1 min on foot. There are several delicious restaurants nearby. It is 2 minutes by car to "Seaside Drive Inn". It is 4 minutes on foot to "STEAK HOUSE jam".
You can eat fresh seaside fish and Okinawa cuisine.
There are many restaurants, it is very delicious and convenient.

There are 7 rooms in this building. You can use one of them.
（There are six other rooms. In each room, room charge is different.
That is because the interior, fixtures, and administrator are different. And you don't need to share space with other guest.）If you reserve my room and other rooms at the same time,You can use it as family, relatives, group travel accommodation place.
There are three washing machines and three clothes dryers in the common space.
There are detergent, laundry drying, cleaning tool in the room.
So, you can stay longer, at a reasonable price.
(However, it is a rule that guests should not throw away in public garbage place.
Then, the cleaning staff will collect garbage and linens including sheets)
When using the drape curtain, You can use that place as a dressing room. "Hanger pole" and "clothes basket" in shelf. Please use it freely.
Okinawa has a wonderful sea of emerald green.
And you can watch coral reefs and enjoy marine sports.

In Japan,"Airbnb" is introduced with such the catch phrase. I would like to greet a warm welcome to our guests visiting with such expectations.
On the other hand, "There is no malice, and I did not think that it was an annoying act." Such "the difference in way of thinking about manners" was sometimes troubled.
Therefore, we will respect and understand the difference in the sense of values. And I would like to explain the details of that manner clearly and carefully to everyone who visits Japan.
This is Airbnb, not a hotel room so please be respectful to neighbors. Here is some rules for staying this house. Please read first and make sure that you can follow it . Feel free to ask me anythings.
1.Please take off your shoes at the entrance. And change new your slippers.
2.Non smoking anywhere in this apartment, around the apartment.
If you smoke outside, please concern about neighbors and please do not make a mess there.
( If you throw away cigarettes on the nearby ground, expensive fine will be imposed. Please be careful.)
3.※※Patient with skin Infections ( tinea,scabies, shingles)※※.
I apologize for rejecting your reservation.
4.For hygiene management, please prepare 【Pajamas】 and 【New indoor slippers】 by yourself. Thank you for your cooperation.
5.Pets are NOT allowed. Party & Event are NOT allowed.
6.Please keep quiet from 9 pm to 7am.
7.Please do not answer interphone if someone you don’t know is there.
8.People other than guests, Please do not enter the room.
9.Please do not use the room for sex services.
10.Please manage cash and valuables by yourself.
11.In case of emergency, please contact us immediately by your phone or SNS.

21.While you are staying, the cleaning staff will not come.
So please keep clean. If you want to clean the room by yourself, please use the cleaning tool inside the room.

Please do not throw it away in the "public garbage dump".
※ If the trash is overflowing during a long stay, please contact us by SNS or message. Until "the day before the collection date".(This service has become a paid service)
The cleaning staff will collect it.
(There ’s no need to be present , but please put the trash in the room ’s entrance.)
※When you stay for a long time, the cleaning staff will clean the room (4000Yen～) (5-7 days after the “check-in date”)
Please keep this room as clean as it was when you checked-in.

*Please prepare "a new sheet" on the floor.
* Please attach "a new sheet" to "Quick Le Wiper" and clean it.

* Leave “dirty sheet” on the floor ⇒“Important“

* please return "the Quick Le Wiper body" to its original place .
* Fold the "dirty surface" of the "dirty sheet" inwards .
please throw out the garbage and wash your hands.

22.Please let me know 2 days before if you want to stay longer. If you ask me that day, we have to charge you cleaning fee to cancel cleaning.
23.If you check out too late and affect cleaning job, you might have to pay more(3000 yen).
24.If you leave something big things like baby cars or suitcases in the house, we need to charge you for disposal fee.
